1. PERMISSIONS REQUIRE

We require contacts to make sos group to provide help in sos situations, these contacts use to provide safety to your family members. We do not use these contacts for any other service or advertisement.

Files and media:

We require files and media permission to save audio files of user's family members recorded by the user only.

Camera:

We require camera permission to add profile images of user's family members taken by the user only.

Personal information does not include aggregate information, which is data we collect about the use of Famconnect. However, we do not use or share personal information collected from the accounts of children under 14 for marketing or advertising purposes, nor permit our third-party partners to collect and use such information for advertising purposes.

- To provide You with Our Services, We may collect or receive data, which may include personal information voluntarily provided during the registration process, subscription to the Service, publication of materials or information collected automatically during providing the Services.

The “Famconnect” app, which is intended for adults only, allows Users to create a profile of family members When You create such a profile, We may collect Your personal information, such as cell phone number, name, and profile image. We also may collect Your general location data such as an address, country, or region (We do not collect your precise geolocation). - Family member's nickname. This nickname is not displayed publicly.

The Company does not store precise geolocation data on any servers. Only the family member connected to the same profile is allowed to access this information within their “Famconnect” app.

To keep the Service and its features safe and fair, to prevent and fight fraud and cheating, and to ensure acceptable use, we have a legitimate interest in processing the necessary data to

Sms service, mail service providers. We use the Textlocal SMS provider service to send You SMS OTP and another SMS; these partners may have access to Your mobile no. 5.4. You are solely responsible for your interaction with your kids(FC kids) app from the Famconnect application. You agree that Famconnect is not responsible for the behavior of any user or the use of any function of the application. Rely on common sense and reason when interacting with the app, including when using personal or other information.
